NestClass is operated by Nozaro Inc., a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide 2D nesting optimization services through our API and online tools.

What We Collect

Account information: When you sign up or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and company name.

Nesting data: When you use our API, you send us part dimensions (width, height, quantity) and sheet dimensions. This is purely numerical data — no personal information, no images, no proprietary designs.

Usage data: We track API call counts, response times, and error rates for billing and service improvement.

Website analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information about your customers.
• We do not collect CAD files, DXF files, or design drawings. Our API works with numerical dimensions only.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide nesting optimization services
• To manage your account and billing
• To improve our optimization algorithms (using aggregate, anonymized metrics only)

Data Retention

Nesting job data (part dimensions and results) is retained for 30 days for debugging and service quality purposes, then automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.

Security

All API communication is encrypted using TLS. Our servers are secured with industry-standard practices. Your nesting data passes through our engine and is returned — we do not expose your job data to any third party.
