NestClass provides 2D nesting optimization services through a REST API and online tools. You send part dimensions and sheet specifications; we return optimized placement coordinates.
You agree to use NestClass services for legitimate business purposes related to cutting, nesting, and material optimization. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the optimization algorithms used by our service.
The NestClass optimization engine, algorithms, and methods are the proprietary property of Nozaro Inc. and are protected by patent-pending applications. The coordinates and placement data returned by our API are yours to use freely for your manufacturing operations.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
NestClass provides optimization suggestions. You are responsible for verifying that generated layouts meet your specific manufacturing requirements, safety standards, and quality specifications before cutting. NestClass is not liable for material waste, machine damage, or production errors resulting from the use of our optimization results.
Paid services are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your API access will be revoked and your account data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
